    The Coordinator, Marketing Operations will play a key role in driving our Mass Media Companies marketing efforts with exhibitors and in-theatre partners. They will work closely with the Manager of Marketing Operations and Directors within Cinema Partnerships to assist with and execute in-theatre marketing efforts with exhibitors and in-theatre partners across all the studio’s titles. They will collaborate with studio marketing, exhibitors, partners, agencies/vendors and other key stakeholders to execute marketing operations tactics. They will implement the day-to-day execution of in-theater campaigns as well as some administrative duties for the executives and department.Responsibilities:Implement day-to-day execution of Cinema Partnerships’ in-theater materials (includes printed and digital one-sheets, standees, banners, eventizing, signage and custom displays)Partner with Marketing, Circuit & Strategic Planning teams to execute promotional campaigns with Cinema Partnerships’ partnersAccurately update Cinema Partnerships’ in-theater materials plans in internal systemsCreate, update and deploy all department presentations which includes filmmaker presentations, film recap decks, digital launch recaps and slate presentationsAssist in managing fulfillment vendor’s theatre deliverable listsMonitor and respond to Disney’s materials inbox for requests from exhibitorsWork with fulfillment vendor to assist exhibitors to resolve shipping questions and provide tracking information for materialsDevelop and present premium concepts for department’s needsConfirm new theatres are added to appropriate ship lists and covered with materialsCoordinate shipment of promo materials and other items for events/promotions, industry conventions and manager meetingsProcess and track invoices for marketing operations’ and partnerships & promotions’ teamsBuild relationships with internal partners (print, marketing strategy and sales) that build trust and foster collaborationBe an active participant in circuit planning meetings and activitiesMonitor industry trends and research to make recommendationsOccasionally travel to meet partners & present film slate at exhibitor and trade conferencesWith Coordinator of On-Screen Operations Provide administrative assistance and key organizational support:Meeting coordination & calendar management which includes agenda creation, logistics, invitations and materials/catering preparationNote taking as needed in meetingsCalendar Management; coordinate travel and scheduling of meetingsPreparation and submission of business-related expenses & travel for Vice Presidents of Cinema PartnershipsGeneral office management to include ordering supplies/materialsSupports departmental projects as neededTroubleshoot occasional facility issues
