    Our Customer Relationship Management company is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and highly motivated video manager to strategize, produce and manage video programs for our small and medium business (SMB) marketing team. The objective of this role is to identify opportunities for using video within our externally and internally-facing marketing programs, manage all aspects of Salesforce video production, and measure the ROI of our efforts. You will work closely with the content marketing, creative, campaigns, enablement and product marketing teams to create fresh, dynamic video content that represents Salesforce’s small business value proposition and effectively engages our sales teams and SMB audience. You are a visual thinker and storyteller with strong writing and graphics production experience. You are confident creating video content in a wide range of styles, from scripted films to sophisticated motion graphics. Your deliverables will include brand videos, social media posts, product videos and demos, enablement interviews, and more.You should be a self-starter, comfortable managing vendors, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Detail orientation is a must. You will be an important member of the energetic and results-driven small business team as we find new and innovative ways to empower small & medium businesses to sell, service, and market faster and smarter than ever before.As the video producer, you will be responsible for:Developing and executing a video program strategy that maximizes audience consumption and viral demandIdentifying innovative opportunities for using video within our existing marketing programs and creating high-impact video-first programsManaging all aspects of our video production including storyboarding, production, distribution (whether internally or externally produced) that represents our brandManaging and optimizing our YouTube Channel and its existing video content for search and discovery Managing external relationships (agencies, vendors) and working with internal teams to execute on tight timelines and within budgetCoordinating with internal teams including content marketing, creative, campaigns, enablement and product marketing to prioritize projectsBasic, quick-turn video editing as needed to fulfill fast marketing requestsMeasuring, analyzing, tracking, reporting on the ROI of each project to make recommendations for the future
