Job DescriptionNTT has an immediate PART-TIME position available for a Broadcast Director. We are looking for a qualified broadcast director/technical director that will have the ability to control cameras and other live production equipment to successfully produce live government meetings. Experience broadcasting city or county government meetings a plus!The Broadcast Director is responsible for the successful operations of live government meetings and will work with other team members to ensure a quality product. This work assignment is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM every Tuesday and is located in the downtown Los Angeles area. Qualifications/Experience:·       Experience directing a live multi-camera broadcast;·       Experience with broadcast production switchers, graphics systems, various digital recording formats and codec’s, and other aspects of a live control room;·       Experience with video streaming platforms (helpful, not required);·       Has excellent computer skills; knowledge of various operating systems (i.e. Windows & MacOS);·       Experience with live webcasting (helpful, not required);·       Experience with Zoom in a production environment is a plus (helpful, not required);·       Has the ability to work with minimal supervision, be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written;·       Has the ability to solve problems quickly & calmly while under the pressure of a live broadcast.Responsibilities:·       Operate production equipment to produce a successful meeting (Switcher, audio board, robotic cameras, Chyrons, etc…)·       Prepare all graphics and perform other pre-production and post-production tasks, as needed.About NTTSince 1995, NTT has provided end-to-end broadcast and related services to government of all sizes.Compensation:Hourly compensation, commensurate with experience.
