Position Summary:The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the Director of Digital Marketing by assisting with the development and execution of all digital marketing, strategies, programs and tactics.The Digital Marketing Manager will assist in managing engagements and transactions across all digitalplatforms. The Digital Marketing Manager may also be responsible for publishing digital content, managing the online marketing budget, creating marketing reports, creating digital graphics, andanalyzing data to recommend improvements.Essential Functions:Assist in developing and managing marketing campaign strategies for alldigital marketing initiatives (Search Engine Optimization, SearchEngine Marketing, Social Media, content marketing, e-mail, and onlinecontent development).Analyze key performance indicators and benchmarks to measure digitalmarketing effectiveness.Report on key performance metrics and trends to make strategicmarketing recommendations and tactical changes to increase return oninvestment (ROI).Coordinate with media partners to ensure all campaigns are built to spec.Collaborate with the marketing and digital media teams to increase user engagements by implementing creative solutions for custom digital content.Create, organize, and ensure the timely distribution of marketing assets.Required Qualifications:An excellent understanding of the digital media landscape and internet cultureA minimum of 2 years of related work experienceStrong understanding of Facebook Business ManagerExceptional Photoshop and Excel skillsWorks well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentDetail oriented / strategic / data driven thinkerAble to multi-task/shift priorities
