Our Video production Company is in search of a motivated Associate Producer to join our growing video production team!The Associate Producer serves as the main support for our producer team with one of our large corporate clients. Working in a highly adaptive role, the candidate will scale and fulfil Producer tasks as well as provide backend support to the Production team.The ideal candidate will be a well-organized multitasker who is detail-oriented, creative, and articulate. You will enjoy being part of a fast-paced, agile, and prolific production team in a key support role.As an Associate Producer, You WillMeet with stakeholders to assess their production needs, budget, and workback schedulesScope, schedule, and track projects, and ensuring delivery timelines are metAct as primary point of contact for crewing; fulfilling resourcing requests for upcoming shoots, maintaining call sheets, and tracking/approving invoicesDrive monthly reconciliation of ancillary costs for resourcing and transcription
