An avid music enthusiast, you are regularly  immersed in Hip-Hop/Rap and R&B culture. Specializing in the Hip Hop Catalog, this role is responsible for ensuring quality and complete delivery of our clients’ releases, as well as maintaining internal systems and metadata to company standards. This is a full-time position located in our Hollywood office.REQUIREMENTS:   1-3 years work experienceExperience with record labels, distribution, or other relevant music experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalUnderstanding of internet culture, social media, and top streaming platforms (Spotify, SoundCloud, iTunes/Apple Music, Pandora, Tik Tok, Triller, YouTube, etc.)Conducting basic level researchOrganizing large amounts of data efficientlyProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google AppsRESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative metadata tasksQueueing music releases and performing routine quality assurance (inspection and delivery)Providing client support including but not limited to: answering all service inquiries, digital release supportInterfacing with DSPs through various communication channelsYou are required to bring your own laptop for this position.BENEFITS:Paid company holidays, paid time off, and health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and supplementary policies) are included.
