CREATIVE STATE is in search of EXPERIENCED, ENGAGING AND ELITE DEMO SPECIALISTS for an upcoming WET sampling program across several golf clubs.

REQUIREMENTS:

- MUST be an experienced promotional specialist

- MUST deliver complete and correct brand information while sampling

- MUST be able to stand/walk around and engage consumers for entire shift

- MUST be professional, friendly and professional

- MUST complete HKN eLearning Module and show proof of passing score.



It is REQUIRED to be super engaging and make sure you know your facts on the brand. 



JUNE TL RATE:

$37/hr

JUNE BA RATE:

$35/hr 

(1099 position. Bi-weekly pay cycle) 





ON SITE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• BA responsibilities will stem across sampling (where legal), participation encouragement and on-site support, handing out giveaways and retail sweepstakes entry information.  

• Note: BAs should only engage with 21+ consumers for participation, sampling and giveaways. If a consumer looks under 21, BA and/or Tour Manager must ask for ID to verify. 

• BAs will handle sampling on-site: asked to retrieve product from the clubhouse, pour samples into cups and hand to 21+ consumers etc.  

• Samples are as supplies last, and BAs should make best efforts to only give one sample per 21+ person.  

• Provide on-site support where needed

• TL to settle bar tab appropriately at each location using CS credit card and submit recap and photos directly after each activation



ATTIRE: 

On-site Tour Manager will provide BAs with a red golf polo and black mask on-site. Talent should wear khaki/white/black pants, knee length shorts or skirt (no denim). Shoes should be clean, white golf shoes or sneakers. Team may keep golf polo and mask, no need to return it after the activation.



PARKING: 

BAs can park on-site at the golf course and will receive any specific parking instructions in advance. If any parking costs are ensured you'll be reimbursed. No travel or accommodations will be reimbursed or provided.
