This is a fully remote contractor position - you can be from anywhere in the world!The Post Production Coordinator will assist the director of post production in budgets and schedules to ensure each pod has the proper and equal exchange of resources and assets. The Post Production Coordinator will track and manage post schedules, keeping Graphics, Video, and Content Directors apprised of all statuses and raising issues when roadblocks arise. They will work closely with the Graphic Design and Video team to ensure all stakeholders are properly informed ahead of deadlines and launches. They will attend all internal and external feedback sessions to ensure all information is properly shared and logged. The Post Production Coordinator will help maintain an understanding of all relevant software + tools currently being leveraged by Sugatan as well as new resources that can help streamline workflow. Experience in coordinating for both video production and in partnership with design agencies will help in navigating Sugatan’s unique ecosystem.What will you do:Utilizes Google Sheets to maintain Master Tracker of all media in pipeline from ideation to launchReports to Director of Post Production in regularly scheduled cadence / stand up meetings to discuss interdepartmental issuesResponsible for reporting when assets are not properly disseminated between all departmentsAdvises Director of Post Production on impasses and workflow issues stemming from audits of all pod structural workflowsResponsible for executing on designed approval process with Director of Post ProductionMaintains a clear understanding of all post production team members and infrastructures (pod dependent) and an understanding of their hoursDedicated to seeking processes that help create avenues for collaboration between Graphic Design and Video team to ensure global workflow and equitable accessUtilize Asana, Frame.io, Vimeo, and Google Drive to help create structure of assets + task management for post production assistant executionWorks with Post Production assistants to ensure that naming conventions and file structure protocols are maintained to weekly cadence
