Seeking a Creative Coordinator works with a Creative Director and Associate Producer to facilitate daily scheduling, communication, and overall workflow for the team. Acts as the internal communicator between departments (Machine Room, Assistant Editors, Music, Graphics, Writing, Finishing, Finance & HR) and interacts with external clients for postings and asset management. Requires top notch verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization and proficient computer skills on all Microsoft products. This is not an entry-level position – at least one year previous related experience is required.
