The Digital Asset Manager at Zulily works within the creative org to ingest, organize and maintain corporate digital assets into multiple platforms and tools. This includes but is not limited to Bynder, Workfront/Wrike, and myriad internal tools, servers and platforms. This role will ensure correct keywords/metadata are applied to files being ingested as well as maintaining image hierarchy and file structure in a standardized and scalable system. They will retrieve files from shared drives as requested as well as use our workflow management tools for retrieval/uploading of assets. They will purge/archive requested files and review regular reporting and analytics as well as retrieve files as requested from vendor provided sites as directed. The Media Asset Operator will be responsible for creating and maintaining a data dictionary, governance strategy, as well as support team members in determining what gets uploaded into each platform/tool. This role will also work with the Bynder and Workfront/Wrike account managers as needed ensuring full implementation and adoption, as well as reviewing opportunities for system enhancements.
