Our company is a Los Angeles based special effects and entertainment production company, known for creating large-scale snow effects, snow scenes and fully produced winter themed events. MagicSnow creates snowfall effects, real snow, and special effects spectaculars for a variety of entertainment productions around the world. We are currently seeking a part time freelance Theatrical Technician for a seasonal project.The Theatrical Technician will assist with the installation and strike of MagicSnow projects. During show runs, the Theatrical Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep and operation of the MagicSnow Show. This is a temporary position starting October through the end of the holiday season.The Theatrical Technician position is physically demanding and requires climbing ladders and carrying full 5 gallon buckets (50 lbs). Experienced theatrical technicians are preferred.
