This individual will be key to our team in ensuring effective and high quality lighting, focused on the mood and tone of each scene. The ideal candidate not only has excellent working knowledge of all lighting equipment and gear, but is an exceptional communicator with strong problem solving skills. The Gaffer will be skilled at anticipating all lighting requirements, working collaboratively and creatively with the Director and Production Teams, and bringing life to each scene. This position often requires working long hours including nights and weekends.
