Looking for energetic and dedicated people to join the team and help scare those who are brave enough to enter this year's haunted trail... Scare actors should have a positive attitude (Staff included), be able to stay in character, improvise as needed and be comfortable working outside at night (Staff included) Please note: This is a 'scare experience' so actors will be using their voices more than usual to scream, shout, etc. We are also looking for behind-the-scenes staff for concessions, traffic control, make-up etc. Pay: $12/hr - STAFF, $14/hr - SCARE ACTORS, $5/night gas coverage. Weekly pay begins on Week 2.Location: Elgin, IllinoisSchedule: Every Friday & Saturday night in October, last 2 Thursdays in October and possibly a Sunday or two.Typically 6 hours work per night including time in make-up, 5pm - 11pm but likely to run as late as 12:30 on busier nights. Thursdays will shut down 1 hour earlier.Dinner provided before the show and snack after the show.Workshops will be provided closer to the date to train actors in how to act within this specific type of experience. Actors will be in costume and make-up will be done on site.
