We ask that our team members be physically located in Central European time or Eastern Standard/Daylight time zones for the purposes of our collaboration hours.Spotify aims to make every listening session more engaging through personalization and discovery; in this role, you’d help multiple product and research teams work quickly in evaluating innovative ideas to help music fans listen for longer, find new artists they love, and come back to Spotify more often. This is a hands-on role where you will support our Insights team with research operations including research budgeting, vendor management, and user recruitment and management of our user testing program. You will also support Insights leadership in driving strategy decisions and processes, consistently looking for opportunities for streamlining and efficiency in our planning, as well as core team communications, meetings and rhythm. If you thrive in collaborative and passionate teams, love music and podcasts, and have a track record of successfully building digital business and technology, this is the role for you.What You’ll Do:Organizing and building insights roadmapsSupport insights program and project development including metrics and targets for strategic areas Implement and manage through any significant changes to ensure project goals are achievedDevelop budget and operating plan/procedure, working closely with User ResearchDrive decision making and accountability across multiple teams and locationsDrive best practices for information management and distribution within and across teams.Set cadence and tone for stakeholder management and communication Ensure we are delivering sustainably and continuously improving Mentor others to help build our project and program management capabilitiesWho You Are:You have  4+ years of experience in program/project management experience You are experienced working in a large cross-functional program in a global scaleYou have worked with software development and are well versed with agile methodologies and valuesYou are extremely skilled at oral and written communicationsYou are truly a “do-er”, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to help the program move forwardFamiliarity with user research and data science is a plusWhere You'll Be:We are a distributed workforce enabling our band members to find a work mode that is best for them!Where in the world? For this role, it can be within the Americas region in which we have a work location and is within working hours. Working hours?
