Position DescriptionThis is a print production position, printing, cutting, finishing graphics along with client interaction responsibilities, so communication skills and business casual appearance is essential. For candidates with installation experience, a project bonus is available. We would like to find a skilled vinyl installer who is looking for a full time position but still make wrap project profit.We are a two to four person large format graphics studio in Dallas that produces high resolution, high impact visual marketing products for companies. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our work environment. We recognize our clients want to see our operation as a "specialty production lab" to produce striking branding, advertising, commercial art and other high impact graphic solutions.This position is for someone who likes variety and can wear many hats. The successful candidate will be a good verbal and written communicator, self-confident, able to focus, attention to detail, and possess lots of energy, strong eye/hand coordination, and a strong work ethic. Our clients expect outstanding customer service and the highest level of quality.IDEAL CANDIDATEMust have 1 year minimum print production or related experience who ideally also enjoys working with our customers in person or phone.ResponsibilitiesAll aspects of the production, which includes preparing and loading substrates, mounting or laminating prints, weeding excess vinyl, cutting/trimming, and packaging.Communicate with the production manager to prioritize and execute workflow.Multitask to maintain production rate consistency.Performs quality assurance measures pre- and post-production.Occasionally make local deliveriesPerforms other duties as needed such as answering the phone, gain proficiency with our estimating/order/invoice system. packaging and arranging shipments, greeting customers and delivery drivers, disposing of daily waste.Occasionally performing cleaning and sorting as needed to keep all production and storage area clean, organized and unobstructed. This includes vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.QualificationsENERGETIC, RELIABLE, AND FREINDLY CAN GET YOU THIS AWESOME AND FUN POSITION!Well organized and DETAIL ORIENTEDProficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator experience a big plus.Able to lift 50 pounds or moreAbility to stand for long periods of timeWe offer the following benefits package featuring.
