We believe that art as a practice generates, significantly clarifies, and shares human experience and should not be a matter of luxury and privilege. Since creating and engaging in art is greatly enhanced by equitable participation, we believe diversity is a foundational value. We are looking for a creative, collaborative person with experience in all aspects of costume design and construction to join our production staff. Someone to promote an inclusive and safe work environment; to foster a culture of community, equity, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism among staff and guest artists as well fostering a dynamic and creative shop environment.
