This position serves on the stage / technical team for Northrop, reporting to the Technical Director and working with visiting artists and auditorium users on production needs insuring successful events. While the position will serve as the lighting expert on the team they are expected to perform all backstage duties.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong lighting knowledge and be proficient in operating and programing lighting equipment including the ETC-EOSTI light board. Candidate will and have good people skills; be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, and have the ability to coordinate logistics surrounding multiple productions, performances, and events per year.  Good verbal and written communication skills as well as proficiency with computer applications are essential.
