The DCL Personnel Team processed Shipboard Crew and Island Employee contracts as well as all other HR employee record transactions in the Disney Cruise Line (DCL) Crew Management System and SAP. This role will also assist with the document imaging process for shipboard and Island Crew and perform various personnel related functions including responding to all email inquiries from shipboard, island and shore side partners, reviewing embark/debark manifests, processing all shipboard non-employee activations in SAP, and other duties as assigned. This role works closely with Shipboard Scheduling, Compensation and other HR functional departments Shoreside, shipboard and island, and reports to the HR Operations Manager.
