This means that planning is developed collectively, from headquarters and the markets, but the execution is happening in the market by regional teams.The Project Coordinator is the critical component for aligning the departments that are responsible for ‘activating’ the experience: Build, Production, and Operations. Each department must work together, during the planning phase through post-event, to ensure alignment on how the experience feels, is built (& removed), and operates.Build: When it comes to the installation of assets, Production’s activations (logistics, light maze, ice-skating, Tasting Lounges, etc.) The build is responsible for ensuring it all happens, on-time, on budget, and as designed.Production: When it comes to the look and feel of things this is the responsibility of the Production team.
