Job Summary:The Box Office Associate will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests visiting the Arts Center’s campus as well as its employees while maintaining the Box Office and / or Symphony Store.  This position is responsible for welcoming guests, answering questions, guiding them to their destinations on campus, processing ticketing and Symphony Store sales and distributing Will Call.  The Box Office Associate will also be responsible for assisting the Associate Director of Guest Services with any additional duties and responsibilities as requested.
