Our Toy Company is seeking an experienced and motivated Sr. Graphic Designer to join its Dolls product design team. The group is focused on creating new product opportunities for the Dolls division; by understanding the consumer, trends and technology that are then translated into successful product. This role involves creating graphics for toy concepts as they go into 2D and/or 3D models to design and marketing management. The ideal candidate will possess proven graphic design experience, showing the ability to work on challenging and fun girls’ products as well as ideating new concepts.What Your Impact Will Be: Actively generate new designs and ideas to enhance our brandsExecute on Graphic DesignsDesign and develops mood boards and graphicsWork in a team environment with cross functional partnersPartner with Design, Engineering, Packaging and Cost Engineering to ensure product integrity and marketing objectivesDaily communication with Asia partnersSuccessfully present and communicate their concepts to the design and marketing management and creative departmentsManage design development with other disciplines within the company including model makers and soft goods designers.
