Challenged to balance all aspects of the process from brainstorming fresh ideas, to managing deliverables, to captivating the target market, a successful creative director understands what people want and knows how to provoke action. The ideal candidate will demonstrate how they used design thinking to create a solution that brings client products and services to market in a deliberate way.
