Seeking an experienced project manager to support and direct our video production and creative teams.The project manager plays a pivotal role in keeping projects moving internally and managing the client’s expectations. They must have a demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management (client and internal) and external vendors.The project manager will engage with the client to gather information and understand the overall direction of the campaign and creative request. They will proactively work to move the video production and creative team members toward successful, timely completion of project deliverables. Specifically, the project manager will:*Build project schedules in consultation with all internal and external stakeholders*Coordinate with the production, post-production and design teams to ensure that projects start and finish on time*Manage the client review and approval process*Monitor and enforce define processes throughout the project lifecycle*Create efficiency by forecasting, monitoring utilization, and identifying opportunities to move projects to lower-cost resources
