Documentary about a workshop residency program. The main task of the producer is to get female facilitators 18-35 who will be trained online and then lead a test workshop with one subject. This will occur in December 2021 and Summer 2022.For a variety of reasons, we can’t pay the women who participate, but if they're artists they can sell work in our gallery.We can pay the associate producer and producer $100 per accepted facilitator. She musta) take the training (Free and Online)b) complete the residency (pre-agreed duration is 3-9 days)c) cover her transport to the location within a $50 gas stipend. It will be within or near LA county. If you drive the facilitators and pick them up, you can keep that money. They are needed 3-9 days (their choice)We will review the candidates you send to us. The best candidates are likely in college or a grad program studying art, dance, or anthropology. They will be interested, but little to zero knowledge of - tarot, witchcraft, enneagram, psychology, Ken Wilber, Spiral Dynamics, healing.If you can't find 3 facilitators who are accepted, you’ll get $100 per accepted facilitator and we will likely part ways as we will hire need to hire another producer to find the remainder.The budget is $3,000 (this is open to negotiation if needed). You can subcontract and keep whatever is leftYou find the facilitators and hire one or more female DPs who have their own camera and lavalier microphones who can do 3 hours per day over span of 8 daysManage call times and ensure people arrive (you don't have to be on site as they text to say "I've arrived" - and if you are driving, they will text when they need a ride.Conduct interviews (you can be on Zoom but DP would be there to record)We may shoot two hours one day in NovemberThe shoot with be 2-9 days (depending on various factors) and will occur in late December in or near LA county.Rough edit of the 27 hours to under 20 hoursThank you.
