    You will partner closely with our Creative Technology, Product, and Post Services teams in Region, to research, design, document and implement next generation Sound workflows for all Post Facilities in order to achieve the highest quality end-to-end audio pipeline. In creating a focused and consistent model across the different service areas and regional physical sites, you will ensure a coherent and consistent experience for our Filmmakers and Shows regardless of physical location. You will partner closely with our creative talent and operational teams at our regional Netflix Post Facilities, as well as in the Premier Rooms at our Model 2 vendor facilities, to ensure consistent workflow standards are rolled out and practiced successfully, encompassing specific regional requirements wherever applicable.A successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of Production and Post Production, and possess a deep understanding of the nuances of both Features and Series workflows and creative Filmmaker requirements, developing workflows and best practices that fulfill all of our different stakeholder needs. You will be fluent in key entertainment industry workflows, tools and platforms, and the trends that are driving industry transformation. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of engaging with Filmmakers, Creatives, and Post Production Executives, as well as leading, socializing and implementing next generation strategies for the industry. Your experience and skill set will match the scope, as will your excitement, dedication and determination to succeed.Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Design and implement sound workflows utilized across Netflix Post facilities, partnering with internal NF teams to ensure creative excellence and best practices at the facility, aligned with our global strategy.Establish a calculated systematic process to ensure new workflows are scaled out to each facility, maintaining a level of consistency between all locationsPartner with the regional Facility Sound teams as well as internal NF Engineering teams to ensure strict policies are in place for managing new version rollouts as well as new software utilized within the Netflix Post facilitiesProvide outreach and communications to the local filmmaking community as well as internal Netflix teams to ensure awareness and understanding of workflows and best practices.Develop a training and support program for regional teams ensuring technical expertise and providing guidance and direct support across dialogue recording, sound editing, mixing, and media management, as well enabling local workflow leaders to provide technical support for ADR, Mix and dialogue/sound/music editing, as per our defined best practices.Manage a knowledge hub platform to ensure all team knowledge from our Sound facilities at both our Stages and post facilities is tracked, organized and available for all Netflix Post team membersPartner closely with Netflix Product and Engineering teams in the development and evolution of production tools and platforms. Provide input and real time feedback from the ‘front line’ of content production and ensure collaboration and adoption across our regional sites.Continuously work towards advancing collaboration & metadata integration/efficiencies between all departments within the Netflix ecosystemLiaise and collaborate with Creative Technology, as well as, on the R&D of new tools from key industry manufacturers and software developers to ensure optimization and consistency for our needs across our regional facilitiesQualifications:10+ years of experience in Post Facility technology, workflow and management roles within post production, studio or network.Deep knowledge and experience of content creation and post production services and workflows.Expert knowledge and understanding of metadata and how it tracks between production and post productionExperience with and ability to respectfully, but authoritatively, engage with creative executives and content creatorsAbility to manage and operate in ambiguous situations and think on your feet to solve challenges and problemsStrong communication skills with proven ability to socialize, explain and “sell” new and complex operational strategies, practices and workflows.Proven track record of innovation, initiative, ideation and implementationExperience and understanding of requirement documentation, scoping and implementation of custom software developmentProven abilities to embrace, drive and enable change managementExperience working with diverse teams across multiple functions, skills and locationsStrong organizational skills with proactive mentality, positive orientation and outlookAbility to respond after hours for important, timely, or urgent mattersTeam-player who thrives in a fast paced, team-oriented settingAbility to handle a heavy volume of work, supervising several projects in various points of production (from development through delivery).Passionate about our culture and values in the workplace
