Our News Station in Charlotte has an immediate opening for a part time Editor. We're looking for someone with solid news judgement, thrives on creativity and solves problems on their own. This position also entails ingest and routing of all live streaming sources from the field. Candidate must be able multitask, communicate effectively, and work a on a variety of station projects including the daily news product. The editor will work all shifts assigned, including overnight, weekends and holidays.Effective October 1, 2021, all newly hired CMG employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to their start date.
