    The Associate Director of Digital Media will manage the operations of the digital media centers at our university campus locations in New York City and Pleasantville. Additionally, this position will develop policies and processes for digital media production that can be replicated across programs and colleges.Managing the digital media centers at all Pace University campus locations.Develop policies and processes for digital media production that can be replicated across programs and collegesExperience with audio and lighting equipment and ability to utilize it for live-class recordings. Experience with editing and knowledge of various editing software, such as Adobe Premiere.  Coordinate the schedule for course development and media integration into online courses for new programs. Coordinates with Associate Director of Instructional Design on various related tasks/projects.Work with Associate Director of Instructional Design to develop a course production and instructional design plan for new and existing online programs and one-off courses.Work to establish digital media production standards that are consistent across the university.Attend meetings to educate faculty and staff on Digital Media Center. Coordinate with Academic Technology Services to ensure sufficient training and support to faculty for the learning management system and other academic technologies necessary for online teaching. Coordinate and oversee all vendor support services connected to digital media production. Commit to creating a high level of support and services for faculty and staff working in distance education programs offered at the university. Performs other such duties as assigned from time to time.Position Qualifications:The successful candidate will be an experienced professional who has significant experience in higher education information systems management. Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate degree preferred. Preferred field of study are multi-media production, digital media, and/or educational technology. At least 3 years of related and progressively responsible experience in digital media production preferably in Higher Education.Ability to manage multiple long and short-term projects across a variety of formats, levels, and fields.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to commute to all Pace campuses to attend meetings and events Work Hours:Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with additional hours as needed. Required to travel to other campuses as needed.
