Block by Block is seeking an experienced lead video editor with excellent motion graphics skills. As lead editor, you work closely with the creative team to craft compelling stories across a wide range of issues. You know how to take the footage and expertly weave it into engaging content for each audience and platform. You are creative, passionate, efficient, and a great team player. You are an expert in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other Adobe Suite apps, with a fast computer and internet connection.Block by Block Creative helps nonprofits, campaigns, NGOs, and other mission-driven organizations connect to audiences through creative storytelling in our key issue areas: criminal justice reform, disability rights, environmental justice, democracy protection, and science communications. We run a highly collaborative remote team working on multiple projects at once. Our new editor/motion designer will serve in a lead creative role handling picture and sound editing, color correction, motion graphics design, and other related tasks. More than anything, our team focuses on building unique stories that are universally accessible and designed for impact.
