    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated person to join our team full-time as a Line Producer. In this position, you will be overseeing the budgets of current and future digital series, managing timecards and payroll, hiring and onboarding freelance crew, managing production credit card tracking and ensuring all productions are running on time and on budget. Ability to manage, negotiate and communicate deadlines, workflows, and personalities in the day to day is important. The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, organized, enthusiastic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.This position reports to the VP of Production and is full time, hybrid-remote during the pandemic.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting, hiring and onboarding production freelancers with the help of the Production Coordinator. Maintaining freelance onboarding documents, start paperwork, worklogs, timecards, documents, and training materials.Supports the VP of Production by ensuring production and post stay on time and on budget, including overseeing the day-to-day of production for a part of our pipeline including, filming schedules, budgets, and third party production. Keeps production documents including contracts and budget forms up to date and actualizes budgets for VP of Production. Plan, communicate, manage, and measure milestones, risks, and process improvement opportunities of day-to-day operations and report to the VP of Production. Managing projects by tracking deliverable expectations for external contractors in the Branded/White label category, confirming and tracking deadlines, while delegating tasks to achieve project goals - ongoing and day-to-day. Work with PM’s and PC’s to ensure all paperwork is being completed and properly organized.Must understand how abrupt changes may affect the budget, scheduling, and overtime, and run these changes by the VP of Production.Proactively seeks opportunities for improvement while being solution-oriented, and knowing when to pivot or prepare for potential issues. Foster a positive working environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful expectations feedback to employees to promote internal growth and foster long-term relationships with post professionalsRemain calm under pressure and provide clear, calm leadership when conflicting priorities arise. Maintains consistent and effective communication with team members, as well as cross-functioning departments.
