We are expanding our Photography department and would like to find a Director of Photography that will heighten our creative assets. As a trend setter in our industry, we want to work with the most talented photographer that has the ability to use our lighting and products along with their photography skills to showcase Reshoevn8r’s product line. We tell stories with our products, and want you to be a part of our book.This director role is a “doing” role, not a high level string puller. We need a go-getter who wants to make meaningful change and has the skills to get the job of a “product photographer” done.In order to qualify for this position you must submit portfolio of Studio Photography for review with applicationDuties and ResponsibilitiesPlans, directs, and shoots film, multimedia, and still shoots while leading photography team, on-set teams, and content capture (cameras, lighting, equipment, studio management, etc).Highly engaged in the technical aspects of capturing creativity on film, stills, etc.Interprets and executes shot lists, mood boards, and creative briefs effectively and determines best capture elements for shooting (filming, equipment, lighting, etc.)Compose, stylize, and stage product shotsUse correct lighting, color accuracy, and exposure for each shot, while managing a high volume of imagesTrains and reinforces photography techniques and best practices consistently across all photographersPhotographs high quality, visually interesting product photographs consistent with the company brand and product presentation standardsEnsure timely upload and edit of images upon final approvalOversees photographers to ensure work is prioritized based on delivery and or release dates and that inventory tracking documents are maintained consistent with the company processMaintains all equipment necessary to do the job, such as cameras, lights and computersPhotograph layouts and products grids for social media purposesMaintains photo studio environment in a clean and professional mannerPartner with creative department to build and breaking down sets; create proper lighting and set designs for daily projects and shootsProduce quality work with proper angles, and able to follow directive of each projectExport, organize, and provide final images into a shared environmentUse Adobe Photoshop and CaptureOne to retouch images (Cropping, Exposure, Background Removal, Color-Correction/Conversion, etc) according to company standardsMonitor and explore all aesthetic trends relating to online fashion contentProvide support to Lifestyle photography when needed
