    Oversees current series and paid development projects for broadcast, streaming and cable networks. Job ResponsibilitiesEnsuring assigned projects are properly staffed with experienced and talent creatives. Overseeing the hiring of key producing positions in both field and post – (Primarily EPs, Co-Eps and Supervising Producers.)Maintains day to day relationships with key creative executives at broadcast, streaming and cable networks and ensures their direction and notes are implemented across the field and post teams. Works with creative teams – EPs and producers – to prepare pre-production materials, such as schedules, style guides and series outlines.Serves as initial point of contact to creative teams on assigned projects. Manages day to day creative and production issues and helps team craft and adapt to evolving stories in the field. Attends shoots when necessary.Guides postproduction team in the outlining of series as well as the evolution of the series throughout the post process.Maintains close creative contact with postproduction team, ensuring edit process remains on track both creatively as well as on schedule.Provides creative notes on cuts and feedback to field and post teams as series evolve.Serves as the main point of contact for talent and their reps throughout the production process.Maintains and establishes relationships with key creatives (writers, producers, performers), agents and managers with the end goal of identifying related outside material and talent for WB Television Productions.Liaises with production staff to help ensure priorities of current department are adequately supported. Works with postproduction department to ensure creative and budgetary needs are aligned.Cultivates relationships with potential talent, producers, agencies, and buyers.Attends creative brainstorming sessions.Performs other related job duties or projects as assigned.
