The Digital Video Content Associate is tasked with production support of livestreamed shows on our sport-branded channels across social and digital platforms. This role requires knowledge of digital media content creation. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and constantly innovating their approach to content technically, tactically, and creatively.May be open to alternate work locations.Responsibilities:Edit shortform highlights and video content for ESPN’s livestreamed showsWork with talent to write and refine scriptsCreate graphics that stand out in a social/digital environmentConduct research in the media asset management system to obtain material for the preparation of production elementsPitch ideas for future content elements on ESPN platformsShoot video content in both studio and field environmentsProvide timely, accurate and complete delivery of multimedia elements, and publish to various platformsWrite headlines and descriptions of videos, and add other elements in the publishing process, in order to maximize effectiveness of content on digital platformsProvide feedback for other editors on the teamCapitalize on data to drive content creationAdhere to established production department procedures
