Our News Station seeks a highly creative, exceptionally organized multi-tasker to help build a new brand for our direct-to-consumer streaming service and slate of original programming. The primary role of the Creative Manager is to lead the creative development and production of integrated marketing programs.The Creative Manager reports to the Director, Marketing of Streaming Video Services of Hearst Television.Responsibilities: Collaborate with Director, Marketing of Streaming Video Services on brand and original programming creative development across broad range of mediums (keyart, AV, digital)Provide a POV and creative vision for the emerging brand along with a clear, concise ability to provide direction and feedbackIdentify ways to help the team scale and optimize quality for recurring projects – through tools such as brand guidelines, creative templates, and processesStay current on emerging design trends, specifically as it pertains to the streaming/television space, and proactively discover opportunities to incorporate the best thinking into designs, strategies, and projectsElevate teams’ creative output to ensure that all marketing assets meet the same level of creativity, innovation, and consistent brandingOversee project timelines and program deadlines needed to deliver against marketing campaignsAssist with talent management (photo shoots) and vendors on assigned projects as neededOversee a team of two designers
