We are looking for a Video Production Specialist to run and oversee production for weekly church services. There is some compensation.The primary function of the Video Production Specialist is to oversee the visual production process of services and events. They are responsible for supervision and management of the video, visual and lightning needs as well as capturing still shots.They use both the equipment provided and their own equipment and work with the Media and Production team to maximize the quality and quantity of all content that is captured during services.LIST OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIESArrive early and be prepared for all worship services, pre-service, and scheduled meetings/rehearsals.Oversee operation, training, and maintenance of all stage and tech equipment, and maintain correct and safe rigging of all stage lighting.Provide excellent video production management, lighting, stagecraft/design, stage management, projection, and video, as well as coordinating service content.Oversee high-quality filming of services for web and live streamAttend strategy meetings and brainstorm on media initiatives and suggestionsWork directly with the Creative Team Manager, Visual Presentation Manager, Lighting Manager and Video Production Manager to come up with mockups and technical displays for worship servicesBe in attendance for special events at Now Church or arrange volunteers to accommodate the requirements for the eventProvide technical support for productions, programs, large group meeting and eventsOversee the recruitment, on-boarding, and training of volunteers for media, sound, visual production.Oversee the upkeep, maintenance and maintain an inventory of all equipment
