The Data Wrangler plays a pivotal role ensuring our video footage is stored and prepared for the post production team. You are the bridge between the production crew and post production. You will provide day-to-day services supporting multiple internal team members and will work to manage the organization and distribution of all digital creative assets. We conduct an average of 400 productions a month, with footage that needs to be systemized and transferred. The DIT will be responsible for preparing footage for editors (proxy workflows, stringouts, etc.). In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the physical and virtual server where media assets and projects are housed and backed up.We are looking for someone who is highly organized and comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment! Candidates will be able to work autonomously, possess excellent written and verbal communications skills and be able to influence others. We would like this person to proactively bring ideas and suggestions to the table in regard to improvement to existing systems and processes.
