We are looking for a Production Designer, who will work with our creative team and be responsible for extending and executing design work for our retail creative and marketing channels while maintaining consistent brand standards.You have a proven track record of work demonstrating the ability to apply fundamental design skills and are obsessed with consistency across every deliverable. You have an eye for pixel-perfect alignment, kerning, purposeful sentence breaks, organized files, and while you are capable of design and composition, you prefer to work on the production side of things. You are a highly creative, problem solver with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for great design.To thrive in this fast-paced environment, you must be an organized, driven, self-starter with great communication skills and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute layouts and revisions, as well as, solving problems, critical thinking, and clearly communicating project needs with partners and leaders.Create various formats and sizes of supplied artwork, always ensuring cohesiveness and flawless execution, while resolving any artwork issues that arise during production.Make edits to existing files, create multiple asset versions for different platforms as well as A|B testing, provide image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image manipulation as needed, while making sure files meet ADA standards.Stay up to date on digital and print best practicesContinually seek to grow skills and knowledge of best practices and share them with others.
