Looking for a Casting Director to join the team. The Casting Director oversees workflows and operations related to the search, outreach, and securing of talent across Vox Creative campaigns. This role is responsible for assisting pre-sale pitches with directional talent lists within budget ranges, establishing clear talent needs for any campaign upon Kick-off, and leading/overseeing outreach, negotiation, and contracting of campaign talent. The Casting Director will liaise with agencies and external talent resources, cultivating strong relationships to ensure efficient talent acquisition, and ensure Vox Creative stays up to date with industry standards. Vox Creative taps a variety of talent for our campaigns, including real people, cast actors and VO, micro-influencers, small businesses, influencers, and celebrity talent. The Casting Director will also manage specialty talent workflows such as SAG/AFTRA, ensuring proper processes are followed and payroll needs are met.
