About me
Welcome to my profile! First and foremost, I'd like to introduce myself as a singer/songwriter. Writing songs has always been something that has come naturally to me, as a way to express my thoughts, ideas and emotions. I have learned a lot about songwriting over the years, through trial and error, figuring out song structure, what works and what doesn't work, as well as by listening to the music and lyrics of my favorite songwriters. When it comes to songwriting, I've always just gotten right into it. It's not something I have to think too hard about. I start with an idea, a melody, or even just a few words, and I build from there.My songwriting style lies within the genres of folk & acoustic, or americana, with a sprinkle of classical in my guitar playing. Those are the influences that flow through me, but I love to experiment with other styles as well. I am also proficient in piano, though I consider my primary instruments to be voice and guitar. I am currently branching out and seeking to gain experience in composition for film, TV, and games, and am very excited for my journey along that path. My music can be found on various platforms like Spotify, Soudcloud, Youtube and iTunes.
