Looking for an experienced, digital-savvy Audience Development Strategist to help strengthen our online voice, as well as broaden our audience reach, engagement and growth.

The Audience Development Strategist will be responsible for core areas of focus that includes community management, audience building, week over week analytics & insights, content marketing, and packaging, with close alignment with central teams on revenue and paid media. You will be the first point of contact for online fans and followers, thus developing an intimate relationship with the online community. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep passion for social media, stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry, and be a strategic thinker. In-person networking will be a component of the job, so a passion for connecting and building relationships with new people is crucial. This is a full time position with the flexibility of working remotely, with the expectation of working west coast hours as needed.
