The film is a coming of age drama and romantic comedy that intersects two characters with completely different spiritual beliefs, and how they come to question their own beliefs and lives from getting to know each other. The film explores ideas of faith and dogma, and how important it is to look past one's own judgements and presumptions about someone merely based on their outward appearance and lifestyle.
