    Dragonfly Productions are looking for an experienced individual to join our team in Brighton, managing and co-ordinating day-to-day business in the fast-paced world of video production.This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing and dynamic video production company, in a senior role. We require somebody who has a proven track-record managing video projects and is competent coordinating multiple large contracts. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, organised and is very much in control of things. Someone who will bring new ideas forward, as we build on an exciting time for Dragonfly.We would expect confidence dealing with clients and someone who is not intimidated by the gravity and responsibility of servicing some of the world’s biggest brands. Managing other creatives is a large part of the job too, so the ability to handle others across different production skillsets is essential.We are looking for an exceptional character to join us, as a dragonfly should be able to change direction without losing speed!THE ROLEResponsible for the day to day management and coordination of video projects.Managing shoots, planning schedules and hiring in freelancers where necessary.Being client facing, with the ability to provide an outstanding service.Liaising with producers, editors and animators to ensure all jobs are delivered to a high standard, correctly and on-time.Making sure we deliver to client’s budgets whilst meeting our own.SKILLSKnowledge of all processes of video production.Confident in client facing situations and experience in managing client relationships as well as creating new ones.Negotiation, finance and budgeting.Keen and creative eye for attention to detail.Managing shoots, post-production and animation.Knowledge of video production equipment.Quick thinking and proficient with problem-solving.A bit about usWe’re Dragonfly, we’ve been around for 12 years and we’re based in Brighton - the UK's most creative town.
