Now is your opportunity to unleash your skills….The Graphic Assets Coordinator (project hire) is responsible for creating and tracking all artwork requests and delivering 500+ final assets per month across all existing and future non-linear platforms for Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney XD to various end points. This position requires a strong ability to manage multiple projects, relationships and an interest in the digital landscape. The Coordinator will work closely with all Platform Strategy & Management staff members and will interact with several key partners including Marketing Design, Affiliate Sales and Marketing, Digital Media, Distribution and Operations (Disney, ABC and ESPN teams), Brand, Ad Sales, Broadcast Applications and many external partners.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for inputting all artwork requests on behalf of Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney XD Programming to the Marketing Design teamResponsible for entering and maintaining work orders in an asset management systemManage all deadlines for all requests ensuring that deliveries are on track and all key stakeholders are kept informed of any changesResponsible for final delivery of all artwork assets to applicable department/platform/third partyServe as the primary artwork contact for the DisneyNOW product and design teams, updating mandatory deliverables list as changes occur within the productResolve issues with partners in the event that a platform is using incorrect artworkWork with various third party metadata and artwork asset providers (Gracenote, TiVo, etc.) to deliver assets and ensure our properties are properly represented on their platformsLiaison between DCWW and Affiliate Operations teams to identify all assets needed for new platform launchesResponsible for ensuring that all assets available on the digital platforms follow the current brand guidelines and meet the current business needs of DCWWResponsible for QC-ing artwork on a regular basis across various digital platformsCreate and maintain the ongoing list of artwork deliverables and update specifications required for all non-linear platformsTroubleshoot asset delivery issues and specification changes between departments for efficient and correct deliveriesPartner with platform stakeholders to streamline processes and create efficiencies to ensure the on-time delivery of all assetsBasic QualificationsExtreme attention to detailAbility to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlinesEffective communication skills in both verbal and written formAbility to build and manage relationshipsAbility to learn new systems quicklyProactive and independent thinkingProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Google DocsPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of non-linear TV landscapeExperience with artwork asset management and general knowledge of artwork specsExperience with database/content management systemsInterest in children’s programmingPreferred EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experienceAdditional InformationThis project is scheduled to last for 6 months.
