    We’re looking for candidates who share our vision to join our dynamic team and build the future of creative education.  Come make a difference across the globe with your unique talents.  There’s a creator in all of us.Key Mission:Proactively work with the content and line producers to ensure logistics and content of events are visually supported during broadcasts.  Lead tech-booth communication and troubleshooting during live events.What you do:Direct broadcast for live and on-location showsRepresent the technical team for our broadcast events and collaborate with producers to execute the vision for every show from build to wrapLead conversation on studio lighting and blocking and clearly communicate show requirements to broadcast booth and floor teamAs required, set up, operate and mix live broadcast and house audioMic talent and dress cables for a clean, professional appearanceTether talent gear ahead of live broadcast and troubleshoot issues related to signal flow and talent or studio gearEnsure a clean and organized studio environment suitable for daily operationLead studio buildout and strike and assist with general studio maintenanceSetup and configure instructor computers, laptops, cameras, wifi networks, on-set monitors, and all things techDevelop new ways to connect the latest and greatest gadgets to our broadcast hub; bring innovative ideas to the team on how to improve broadcast experienceWhat you have:2+ years experience in a broadcast or production environment; experience in live broadcast is preferredAdvanced understanding of broadcast equipment (tricaster, wirecast, etc) and various camera setups (including robocams) with the ability to troubleshootIntermediate understanding of audio productionFamiliarity with photography equipment and tethering a plusAbility to shoot in a live environment and problem solve under pressureCalm, flexible, technically savvy and curious. Ability to proactively multitask and take on new skills
