Project DetailsThe Box Office Manager reports to the Director of Audience Engagement. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:*All day-to-day operations of the Box Office*Unparalleled customer service skills*Oversee accurate data collection*Daily and weekly sales reports*Cash flow/daily receipts reconciliation*Management and scheduling of 6-8 staff members*Conflict resolution*As needed, process House Seat, Press, Company ticket requests*Set-up and shut-down of Box Office at beginning and end of season*Assist House Management staff when needed *Familiar with WTF emergency procedures*Create and send all pre- and post-show emails to patrons*Participating in the educational environment of Williamstown Theatre Festival*Other duties as assignedIdeal candidates will be organized, flexible, friendly, and possess an excellent sense of humor. Knowledge of ticketing software is helpful (Patron Manager) and strong computer skills in a Mac environment are also desired.
