As a Broadcast Engineer, you will support all production and broadcast areas. The Broadcast Engineer is responsible for tracking, troubleshooting, and resolving issues, escalating complex problems as necessary. Install, repair, and maintain all broadcast systems and equipment with a high degree of competency. Lead by example, and adhere to the defined engineering process and design standards. Participate in training initiatives that strengthen the Engineering teams knowledge of systems and improve Network Operations workflows. Consistently perform all the duties and functions of the role and maintain a positive attitude. Demonstrate growth by improving technical and communication skills to become more versatile in your role. Provide status updates in your weekly accomplishments report.
