Additional Skills
Very organized. Proficient in and use regularly; Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Power Point and Microsoft Excel. Able to drive stick shift. Experience and knowledge in wardrobe, props, deck carpentry and painting. Experience in calling shows in proscenium, thrust, black box, arena and outdoors.
About me
I am currently working at the Production Coordinator for the Metropolitan Opera. My duties include care and feeding of all designers and directors including payment processing and delivery, travel arrangements, reimbursements and in general being the liaison between the creatives and the Met. I also work as administration for the entire production department including ticketing for the entire season. A large section of my job is working on New Production Development including creating and up keeping the schedule for the next five seasons in full detail (down to the half hour).
Before joining the Met I was a union stage manager with over ten years or touring union and non-union shows. I also have experience in wardrobe, props, tour management and event coordination.
As part of any team I would bring a strong focus on details, organization and accountability. I know that my background carries with it the skills that would enable me to be an asset to any organization.
