About me
My love of theater started at a young age, as well as my love of clothing. When I first went to college, I majored in theater, thinking I would be up on stage. But after taking costume design, I found it to be my true calling. My thesis was inspired by David Bowie, and I examined the effect of costumes on a musical performer as well as their audience. I then returned to school to hone my patterning and draping skills. I'm now looking to expand my experiences in theater, film, television, and any other performance art.Additional skills:
Sewing, patterning, draping, tailoring, illustration, costume design.
Industry awards:
Won Critic's Choice twice at my school, Virginia-Marti College of Art and Design.
