Some of the 19th century’s most notorious literary characters, out of step with the times, find camaraderie as roommates in modern day Los Angeles. Hidden behind the walls of a castle in the Hollywood Hills, Dr. Jekyll, Dorian Gray, Frankenstein and the Phantom of the Opera have managed to preserve a relatively low-profile. However, the dawn of the digital age has made it harder for them to remain in the shadows while maintaining their wild life and eerie version of the American Dream. Forced back into society and encountering a mysterious offset in their acquired immortality, the four of them fight over morality, women, the dishes, and everything in between.
