The Boogaloo

  • About
Boogaloo was opened at Christmas 2002 by Jazzman entertainment.

The people behind Jazzman, John Keane and Gerry O'Boyle, shared a vision and desire to create a bar that would establish itself amongst great rock n' roll bars of our time.

Based in leafy Highgate, North London, the Boogaloo has, in its own short life achieved all of the aforementioned names.

Now it's merely a question of getting bigger and better. Its creation is no ordinary bar; the aims are above those of the norm in the trade.

The Boogaloo is living and breathing culture to its audience.

Jazzman is developing and opening this bar as if it were a Rock n' Roll band from the outset, from our attitude to our P.R. right down to the entertainment.

Apart from being the hippest rock n' roll bar and juke joint in the world, it is home to musicians, actors and authors alike.

It stands presently as the headquarters of Jazzman Entertainment and hosts various shows and events, making it the ideal launchpad for the aims of Jazzman Entertainment.
