About me
My work as a choreographer includes “The Lord Mayors fashion show”, “House of Fraser” gala event 2005 and work for and alongside Josie Slaymaker head agent and choreographer of “the Impact Dance” agency. I hold workshops for both adults and teenagers in a variety of dance styles including Street Jazz, Hip Hop, beginners Salsa, West End Musicals, the golden age of Hollywood theatre and traditional French can, can.I am a CYMCA qualified fitness instructor, trained on the CYMCA syllabus which includes a certificate in fitness knowledge. The course included workshops (Body pump, Body combat, Pilates and conditioning) and teaching (The Village, hotel group). I conducted regular dance and fitness classes at Club Ventura (Redditch) from October 2004 to February 2005. The classes include basic aerobics, high and low, Bums and Tums and Boxercise. I also enjoy teaching a mixture of both dance and aerobics, currently known in the industry as body-jam.

Since the age of seventeen I have been working professionally as a dancer, Initially for the well established production company “Funki Feather’s” with whom performance venues included numerous events at the NEC Birmingham, ‘The Valley of Glamorgan’ in Cardiff and various contracts across the country. Sets range from Moulin rouge cancan’s to full Las Vegas show girl feathers and fosse style jazz.
In June 2004 I performed in the ensemble of “Minnelli sings Minnelli” a cabaret show based around the great Liza Minnelli at the Civic hall in Stratford upon Avon.
The production required a 3 month rehearsal period and I was lucky enough to be chosen as a soloist for the number “Some Cats Know”. This was undertaken through “Angel productions”.
In February 2005 I was invited to participate in professional workshops in New York culminating in a performance at “The Lincoln centre”. Training took place at the “Steps” on Broadway studios and included jazz, hip-hop and contemporary worksh
